As I was walking by this vacant lot in the Design District in Miami, Fl., I stopped and looked at the possibilities. In fact, there was an elderly gentleman standing by his car looking at the same spot. He said that he thought this would make a nice place for a restaurant or cafe. He said that he used to design restaurants. I agreed with him. It seemed that this spot was just waiting to be made into something special.
